How to Return or Exchange an Item To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps: Contact Storezia customer service at storezia24@gmail.com or +91 8319039154. Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Storezia will provide you with a return shipping label. Pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging. Attach the return shipping label to the package. The delivery partner will come to your door to pick up the parcel for return or exchange within 2-3 business days. Return Shipping Fees Storezia return shipping charges for all orders within India will be  Rs 99  will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 99 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

For orders outside of India, there is a flat shipping fee of $10. Refund Policy Once Storezia receives your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
