Return and Exchange Policy
At Storezia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Storezia customer service at storezia24@gmail.com or +91 9755491210.
Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Storezia will provide you with a return shipping label.
Pack the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging.
Attach the return shipping label to the package.
The delivery partner will come to your door to pick up the parcel for return or exchange within 2-3 business days.
Return Shipping Fees
Storezia return shipping charges for all orders within India will be Rs 99 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 99 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
For orders outside of India, there is a flat shipping fee of $10.
Refund Policy
Once Storezia receives your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, Storezia will ship the replacement item to you within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that have been wrong, washed, or damaged
Items that are missing tags or packaging
Items that are purchased on sale or clearance
